AP Wig Units

 




Thank you for your interest in an AP Wig Unit! You have the option to choose between a Custom AP Wig Unit or an AP General Size Unit.

All AP Wig Units are made to last at least 2 years or longer with proper care.

Custom AP Wig Units

If you are interested in a custom wig unit, we follow a special process to ensure your unit fits perfectly to your head—your head only.

Step 1: Consultation & Custom Mold

  • Schedule a consultation at our salon.

  • During your visit, we create a custom mold of your head.

  • Custom mold fee: $30

  • Note: You must arrive braided down for your mold appointment.

Step 2: Unit Construction

  • After your consultation and mold creation, you will purchase hair and provided a timeframe for construction.

  • Construction fee: $300 (does not include the cost of hair).

  • The cost of hair depends on the length and style of your AP unit.

  • Construction may take up to 2 weeks or longer, depending on the number of units in queue.

Step 3: Hair Purchase Options

  • Hair can be purchased:

    • In the salon

    • Online Store

    • Or you may provide your own hair (must be 100% human hair)

Deposit Information:

  • Purchasing hair from AllisonPerson.com  or in the Salon acts as your deposit.

  • Providing your own hair requires a $50 non-refundable deposit to begin construction.

Optional Coloring

  • Coloring is a separate service and must be scheduled accordingly.

  • Pricing and dates will be determined during your consultation.

  • Note: We only color AP units constructed with AP Hair Extensions.

Unit Features

  • Glueless design with wig clips, combs, and an elastic adjustable band for a secure fit.

  • AP Units can be worn:

    • Right at or behind the hairline for a natural look

    • With a small amount of hair left out along the hairline

  • All AP units are constructed with 5x5 or 6x6 lace closures.

  • We do not offer lace frontal units.

General Size Wig Units

  • AP General size units are available in the salon and online (when in stock).

  • These AP units are slightly discounted and designed as a one-size-fits-most option.

  • Availability is limited—sizes are always listed in the product description.
