Turnaround:
Please allow us 4-5 business days to Process your Order. Orders placed will then ship out in 3-5 business days.  Shipping method applies after order has shipped.

Please allow us 4-7 business days to process orders placed during a holiday or promotion.  Shipping method applies after order has shipped.

Note: We no longer offer in-store pick up

Note: AP Hair Care is not responsible for delays due to the postal service for high volume times, and holidays.

All Hair and Wig Unit orders will be insured through the Carrier.

PLEASE ALLOW 4-12 BUSINESS DAYS AT LEAST TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.


Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS (First Class Shipping) and UPS
There is no international shipping. All orders will be shipped within the continental United States area. 

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order will be a flat rate determined by the total of your order before taxes.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Although we would be extremely sad for this to happen to anyone, AP Hair Care IS NOT responsible for items lost or stolen items once in the care of USPS or UPS.  The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued.  If you should experience this, please file a claim with USPS or UPS or file a police report if you feel your package has been stolen once delivered.

**Please also consider your package may have been mis-delivered to a neighbor's home.
